I had been going here for years with both my truck and my wife's car. In the last couple of years the service has gone steadily down hill. First it was just little things like grease spots left on the seat and the carpet, then scratches on the side of the car from the air hose. Later I found that they weren't doing the chassis lube (grease fittings on the steering and suspension)only after I crawled under the truck myself and saw the fittings were still dirty. When I called and asked about it they said they didn't have the tool to do grease the fittings. I ask you what kind of ""lube"" shop dosen't have a grease gun? What's worse is that ""Chassis Lube"" was checked off on the reciept that it had been done.
That is just plain Fraud.
