I decided to have my sons fourth birthday party at this place.This was my first time I had ever been and what a nightmare.I was suppose to have a host to help me and my guest, and him/her never appeared..I had to wait in long lines as everyone else did. Also I never got a chance to got to my private party room.The food is horrible and no refills,even if you have a ''party package""..I complained to the customer service rep. Lisa and she was rude and argumentative..Honestly you come out better going to sixflags or having a party at monkey joes
