When I walked into his Arroyo Grande California Office, it reminded me of the old pictures of a early 1960s garage Abortion Clinic. His office smelled like a old grandma with her mothball scent. Dr. Nobles office lacked one thing as I walked into his office, I did not see a staff or very many patients. Another anomaly is he was willing to drive 200 miles each way for work when he lives in one of the Worlds Richest Counties! Why I have heard that Encino's wealthy region is a goldmine to the top notch Dandys in this field! . My thoughts and opinion is that UCLA has some real splendid doctors with great bedside manners and the discordant third-rate doctors must drive hours to seek out work where ever they can scrounge it. This may explain how I was able to get in to see him so quick. . Most World Class Doctors take four to nine months to get an appointment but this man seemed to have a Swiss Cheese open schedule! Now to think of it, the Insurance Companies love the hyper-Rolling Stones types because those with a strong local practice seem to be nicer people and have more self-esteem. They don't have ""Short Man Syndrome!"". Those without local ties have to live out of the Motel Six and deal with road rage. It gets passed onto to us the patient! on us. Shame on You Dr. Noble, because you were too busy telling foul jokes instead of getting to the root of my problems. You promised to help yet you spent virtually no time evaluating me and bounced in and out with your psychologist who seems like ""Good Cop Bad Cop Gig. Your psychologist was the good cop I now know. Dr. Noble was my worst medical experience in my life and I pray you do not have to deal with him.
Pros: Not Afraid To Use His Potty Mouth In Front Clients.
Cons: Office Was Disgusting! Dr. Noble Was Not A Nice Man!
