Goldberg is not afraid to tell you how it is. I like that about him. I visited 2 other bk lawyers and they both had many many options for me, all of which sounded unsure. It sounded like they just wanted my business but when it came down to it I was going to be doing exactly what everyone else was doing, a Chapter 13 or 7. Goldberg reviewed my situation for free at his office and I was able to make some pretty important decisions quickly within 10 minutes. When you listen to him and they way he puts it, everything for me made sense. I had been thinking about it but because no one challenged me to make a decision, I was still holding all the weight on my shoulders. Goldberg challenged me and I made the decisions, and the rest is history. His firm has been here in Vegas for over 10 years so the paperwork was not difficult nor was filing. There weren't any surprises on my case.
Pros: Get's down to the reality of the situation and takes action
Cons: Is not a firm that specializes in overly complex cases.
