Freddys Crappy appliances ruined mine and my families christmas. I recently bought a stove and a dryer from there. It broke down so I called the to see if I can get it repaired. They waited two days til christmas to even look it. That day, they actuall fixed my dryer. But not the stove. They took off a piece on the stove that had nothing to do with the problem i was having with the stove. They just left it like that. Broken stove on christmas morning. No christmas dinner. Pretty crappy Right! Well thats not evn the end of my problems. Even the day after christmas I called to see if they were even going to come fix the stove and they gave me the complete run around. So i said just forget it! Give me my money back. Everyday that i called and went up there it was the same story.... We dont have the money to give you right now. Im sorry.... That doesnt work for me! So i finally went up to the store today and had to talk to the receptionist and she gave me the refund out of her own pocket. Apparently the owner came and took all the money out of the store. For what reason i dont know. (probably going down to the casino) Freddy's Appliances will not have another dime out of my pocket. They are disorgannized, unruly and they have no idea how to treat they're customers? I warn you not to do business with them. They will take your money and give poor service. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!
