I recently ordered a shiva platter for my family. The order was delivered at the right time, but it was significantly incorrect. When I called later to complain, Beth declined to take responsibility for the errors (plural), despite remembering the specific conversation. In fact, she argued with me that I should have accepted the substitutions and pay for items not sent!!
The fish is very good here but I can only advise that you need to go into the store to get what you request and for which you are charged.
Also, the portions alloted were very small: I ordered for one more adult than attended and barely had enough food for lunch. The only leftovers left were a smidgen of herring, and cottage cheese which I had not ordered.
This was a bad experience.
