I really support Arun's comment.
They really don't care about the customers. All that they want you to do is just accept/purchase what ever tickets they choose. Don't ask for different dates, what ever is available with them is good and the customer is forced to purchase if not they treat us very bad... I would rather get an online ticket instead of going with these weirdos...
I would not even give one star, but giving one star so the folks who ever read this review shouldn't think that i have forgotten the stars :-)
