Dirty and depressing. I went in to pick up some Lego, but I couldn't get anyone to ring me up. The only register open was the Returns/Customer Service lane. After waiting for a while, I just gave up and left. Toys R Us should be one of the coolest stores on Earth; instead, it's one of the worst. I'll stick to Amazon...
