Rainbow Mortgage was great! They were very helpful and informative; willing to answer all of my questions and make sure I understood the terms of my loan. They took the time to show me mulitple options and tried to find the best deal for me. Not to mention, the closing costs here are much lower than most mortgage houses and the rate was better than almost anywhere. I was very happy with Rainbow Mortgage. I would recommend them to anyone and they will always get my business.
Pros: Great experience all around, low closing costs and very friendly staff. They go the extra mile for their customers.
Cons: small mortgage shop that can be a bit difficult to find if you've never been there.
