This is by far the WORST I have ever been treated by a retail store. I was trying to reach the manager at the Dayton Mall store, LORI. She was supposed to be at work today at 10 am but showed up at 1 pm instead and was gone to lunch by 2pm. Boy, I need her job! Well I had the unfortunate opportunity to speak to TIM who was ""acting"" manager while she was away. I was discussing a situation with him and he started to argue with me and get very loud. He was very condescending and rude and talked to me in a smart tone. I will never again buy from Fetch because all they sell are mixed breeds and charge BIG $$$ for a mix. The dog I bought was very sick with kennel cough which leads me to believe she is from a puppy mill. They lie about their dogs' history and refused to give me the owner's phone #. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
