Yesterday I talked with the manager at Rent Quik, which I have been renting there fro several years now, and he was so rude to me that I ended up hanging up on him. I was late with my payment of $50 bucks and I had told them that I'd be in Friday to make my payment, which I forgot to do. Saturday comes and they send the guys out to collect payment, which I forgot again. I called the manager to explain to him that I would be in for sure on Monday to take care of this but he only got mad and started telling me that ""we always get blamed for this"" blah blah blah. Basically he was having a bad day and was taking it out on me, which by the way, I'm 3 months pregnant and don't need the stress. One of the guys that was there to collect asked if we wanted to keep the stuff cause they hate to take it. Apparently the manager was trying to get back on my good graces, which that didn't work. I told the guys to tell the manager that he has lost my business for good! I recommend that if you rent anything to NEVER be late. If you absolutely have to rent from this store, be careful of Larry.
