Review content:
Located near downtown Canton (not a very nice area), Phil's is a flat non-descript building with plenty of parking.
The store definitely leans toward wine. Inside, half the store is devoted to wine, and the other half is shared by beer and convenience store items.
The beer and wine selection is fair. Between Phil's and Avenue Wine Shop it's probably the best you can do in the area.
Where Phil's loses points is they only accept cash. The service was decent, but for people like myself who don't carry much cash it can lead to some problems.
Overall Phil's might be worth a shot in the downtown Canton area, but with stores like Acme now carrying as good if not better selections of alcohol in better areas and accepting credit cards, you might want to pass.
