Review content:
The restaurant came recommended and we were happy to get reservations for two at 8pm. We were seated within ten minutes and had our appetizers in another fifteen minutes which were just okay. Then after that, we waited, waited, and waited - for a total of one hour and ten minutes! The entire food service seemed to be suspended as people just sat there with no food coming out of the kitchen. When it finally started again, people who were seated after us were served first. We asked to see chef owner Stephan Mazzella in order to get any kind of explanation. We waited another fifteen minutes at which point we were served something that looked sloppily shoved on the plate. How dare they try to pass that off as cuisine? We were absolutely disgusted at this point we threw down our napkins and left. The chef owner Stephan Mazzella never even came to talk to us. What a coward! Zagat rated? That makes me laugh. The wait staff on the other hand could do nothing about the situation and were great despite the circumstances.
