Review content:
The man that owns and works in this store is incredibly hateful! I was shopping for a birthday gift with my mother yesterday (who is brand new in town) and she inquired about seasonal employment. She was already nervous about being new to Cincinnati and he really made her feel like trash. He has been semi-rude in the past when I have gone in but I always overlooked it because I figured he must be a sad, miserable person who feels compelled to spread his misery around the world (and besides, I go to Jungle Jim's a lot, it's just easier to go to his store when I need cards or gift wrap or something). But this time he was awful....the worst! We had been extremely nice to him (we had no reason not to be) until he treated my mother with so much rudeness that I decided to leave without giving him one cent of my money for the gift I originally went in to buy. There is another Hallmark right around the corner near the Kroger in Fairfield. I believe it's called Morgan's Hallmark. We went there right after leaving HIS store and they were very friendly from the second we stepped through the door. They greeted us, they smiled the whole time, they made my mom feel more than welcome about filling out an application and joining their team. They were just a great group of people. In fact, I ended up spending much more than I intended to spend. So if you live in the area or are just visiting, I would strongly urge you to skip the grouchy and rude Tami's Hallmark and go straight to the warm and friendly Morgan's Hallmark. You'll be glad you did. And by the way, Tami's Hallmark, if you want to treat your customer's like garbage then you should probably do everybody a favor and sell your store to someone more deserving, who actually wants to be there and build customer relationships. It's way more profitable and besides, you clearly don't deserve to own a business anyway.
Pros: Close to Jungle Jim's
Cons: Rude store owner
