When I was married this past July, I hired The Mediterranean Party Center to cater my event in Strongsville. Wow, what a great job. The food was fantastic. I was worried because it was off premise the food would be dry, but is was not. The meat was cooked perfect, the sides were perfect. Thie garlic mash potatoes were awesome, so awesome I had to ask for the recipe, they use real cream! Many people asked for their recipes and thought that the food was fantastic. Not only was the food great, the service was great. They took care of everything. plates, flatware, table cloths etc, etc. and it was a great value. The staff was considerate and helpful in every way. The bartender was well liked by many of the guests. Great Job.
