OK, maybe even stating ""Irish Pub"" can be redundant. Although I am not of this persuasion this is a great bar. Perhaps the best in Saratoga Springs. Many of the other places here are either dives catering to 23 year old drunks, or upscale joints postering as Manhattan bistros. This is a real place. Its fun, the food is great, the beer is great and both the staff and the customers are enjoyable. Depending on what time of year you visit the experience will be very different. In the summer expect a lot of track people hanging here after the races. Bigger than it looks, so make sure to explore the entire place!
