The service that I received at Kelley's Auto was absolutely SUPERB! The mechanics there were nothing but very friendly and caring, and by far, the MOST HONEST & TRUSTWORTHY mechanics I have ever encountered thus far! I have a 2003 Toyota Celica, and I usually take my car directly to Toyota for oil changes and other various car service check-ups because I could never find an honest mechanic, and I figured I'd just go straight to the dealership to get my car serviced. After hearing about this place from my father, I decided to give it a shot, and let me tell you, THANK GOODNESS I DID!!! The Toyota dealership not only missed the fact that I was completely out of transmission fluid, and charged me for my headlight to be replaced but never actually replaced it, they also told me that my automatic passenger window motor was shot dead and needed to be replaced (which was a staggering $500 bucks according to the Toyota dealership), when in fact, that was NOT the case at all!!! After taking my car to Kelley's Auto, the mechanics there (Kim & Mark) informed me that there was NOTHING wrong with my automatic passenger window's motor...I basically just accidentally had the child-proof lock on and that's why it wouldn't go down! Furthermore, the Toyota dealership told me that my brakes needed to be replaced entirely (which was an additional $500 bucks!), and after the mechanics at Kelley's Auto took a look at my brakes, they informed me that they just needed to be ""cleaned,"" and still had ""plenty of life left on them,"" and did NOT need to be replaced at this point in time whatsoever!!! KELLEY'S AUTO SAVED ME A WHOLE $1,000 DOLLARS AND I AM SO THANKFUL THAT I TOOK MY FATHER'S ADVICE AND WENT TO GO SEE THEM INSTEAD OF GETTING RIPPED OFF BY MY REGULAR TOYOTA SERVICE DEALERSHIP THAT I USED TO ALWAYS GO TO!!! Not only did Kelley's Auto save me a fortune, but the repairs that they did do on my car were VERY reasonably priced, and were definitely within my budget. LISTEN UP PEOPLE OUT THERE...IF YOU NEED YOUR CAR SERVICED FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, MAKE SURE YOU AT LEAST GIVE KELLEY'S AUTO A SHOT BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT WHATSOEVER REGRET IT I PROMISE YOU!!! But don't take my word for it...GO AND SEE THEM AND SEE FOR YOURSELF! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE KELLEY'S AUTO AND THANK YOU FOR BEING SO HONEST WITH ME ABOUT WHAT REALLY NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED IN MY CAR! I am so glad to know that there are still trustworthy mechanics out there that will diagnose and repair one's car with such honest and integrity. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!
