Review content:
OK, I stand corrected. It IS the worst pharmacy ever! Cathy Rosenberg and her staff of rude witches misfilled my prescription and are totally denying it.
I went to the Emergency room because of my migraines and the doctor wrote me a prescription for Imatrix and Vicodan. I was in too much of pain to goto my usual Ralph's Pharmacy so I dropped it off at Holy Cross Pharmacy. When I arrived I was not greeted nor was I felt welcomed. I was actually looked down upon and they made me wait 10 minutes before attempting to help me. During the filling process, Cathy had to call the ER department to ""verify"" the prescription. This added another 10 minutes as I was in serious agony. I asked if they could kindly expedite the process but instead they told me to ""Go for a walk outside for some fresh air."" I should have asked for my prescription back at that point but I already sacrificed 30 minutes of my time so I decided to stick it out.
After I finally got my prescription ""verified"" it had already been a full 45 minutes since my drop off. I paid for the medication and when I arrived home and took my pain medication. Usually my pain resides with one tablet but it didn't work as well as before so I took another 1/2 tablet. My head was still pounding after an hour so I took a closer look and noticed she gave me the weaker strength of Vicoden instead of what the doctor prescribed! I called to see if I could get this fixed and they were so rude on the phone and unsympathetic that I just hung up!
I reported this to the state board and am waiting for a resolution.
By the way, I work at the hospital and will NEVER go back to that pharmacy again!
