Horrible customer service!! After purchasing herbal incense that was marketed as having unbelievable strength, I found that either one, I purchased a defective pack, or two, it was false advertising and a huge waste of money. Because in the past I have purchased a defective pkg from another shop and was immediately compensated, I contacted This, That & The Other and was spoken to quite rudely! I was willing to return the pkg with say 95% of its contents and willing to pay the difference for another brand; however, was told that there were no options for me. I simply wasted my money on one of their products. I told whomever I was speaking to that I will then take my business elsewhere and they responded, ""fine"" and hung up on me. Extremely rude!!!! Not a way to keep customers coming back. I went to this store because it is closest but take my advice... drive the xtra 5-10miles to Marietta and go to the Pipeline where they have the cheapest prices and the best customer service!
