I think this not true, you gave a wrong information to people First of all 3.4 million dollars never was collected and second before blaming people for stealing money or some thing please think logically , we are living in US and nothing is free here, it is true that money was collected but do you think mosque had no expenses, according brother Aref he paid the money to payoff the land , new parking lot , and the permits for building and now the new building all these need money . no matter what people say about Islamic Center of Reseda , i will always be thankful to Allah(swt) for dedicated teachers, director brother Aref Abedi and mosque, they are the dedicated people working hard to provide us right and professional and academic Islamic information and classes our children, men, women and youth learn Islam there, without Allah's help and unforgettable hard work of stuff of Islamic center of Reseda we could not help our families understanding Al-Islam. i will send my donations and prayers for all of them till i am alive it is ok what people say and accuse brother Aref for but i have a great respect for him as a Muslim and a member of this honorable Ommah.
