The service is horrible! Save yourself the trouble and go to AV Party Rental. They're curtious and professional unlike this place. I had decided to place my order through SCV rental center based on their location and my lack of time before I had even called them. I'm a very polite person by nature so I was extremely surprised by how rude the woman (Barbara) was over the phone. The reason for her attitude was the fact that I had politely asked her if she can negotiate a better deal for me since I'm placing such a large order. Her immediate reaction was to call it a ridiculous question. Then while I'm still on the phone, she starting telling someone else in the store ""Can you believe this girl?!"". I explained to her that my question is not ridiculous because I have in the past been able to negotiate on rental equipment for parties. She could have just stated that her prices are set and not up for negotiation. I would've still placed my order through her due to lack of time. I asked to speak to the manager or owner and she said she was the owner. I don't know of any owner who would react that way to a customer. Especially someone who is polite and just asking for information. Her behavior was uncalled for and she could have easily made over $2000 during a 5 minute normal conversation with me.
