Review content:
This was a terrible experience. We walked up to the restaraunt, and our group appeared invisible. We gave our name and were quoted a 40 minute wait (4 people). Well, we waited for OVER 2 hours!!! We checked with the host periodically, and he did not appologize. Better service is expected in South Miami, but it felt more like South Beach. Servers had the attitude that they were doing us a favor. But our biggest problem was with the host, and his attitude. We gave the waiter a chance to redeem the evening, but he failed. The food was acceptable, not worth a 2 hour wait. Stay away from Trattoria Sole, or better, go to South Beach, where you can expect bad service.... At least you have the beach ambiance. We will never go back. (And we visited Trattoria Sole 11/02, So I've had some time to cool off.)
