Review content:
I was having some difficulty getting an answer as to when my furniture was going to arrive. It had already been over 8 weeks and no one seemed to be able to get me a firm answer. Getting past the call center to talk to someone in management is an act of God.
I finally was able to talk to an Adam Hudson, I have never been talked down to like this in my life. The man said he was the owner and that he has managers that handle theses types of problems and would have one of them get in touch with me.
This man / boy sounded like he was 20 years old. I will bring my business to a different store next time.
