Rachel the sales representative was very low key yet attentive. Her mellow approach helped seal the deal. The delivery staff arrived with a few minutes of when they said they would and they knocked out the set up promptly. All around, manager, sales rep Rachel, and delivery staff were courteous and professional, thank you.
