I signed up as a member purely to review this place because the customer service was SO abhorrent. I had been told by another customer that they had lost their shoes before so I inquired about their policy in case the shoes were lost and the woman berated me and then kicked me out of the store. She not only yelled at me in English and a Foreign language but she practically threw the shoes at me. Highly unprofessional.
