Review content:
I have been going to the Black Cow for quite a while now being that I am a resident of the area. However, I may have had the worst experience at a resturaunt that I have EVER had. I love the food there and understand there is a wait, however when I we went there this time we actually walked out before we could eat. When we got there at 7:15 and put our name in, not too many tables were opening us then one table finally did. Then the hostess sat someone who clearly came in AFTER we did! By then it was 7:45, when I confronted the hostess about it she told me that they had called ahead to put their name on the list!!! Here we are waiting 30 min. and they are there 5 min and are sat right away. The manager told me that they do it sometimes and that they really don't like to do it. SO DONT DO IT!!!! I was so frustrated with them that we walked out and went and ate over at Zen Asian Bistro (which by the way, sat us right away). So while the food is good, it isn't that good! I highly recommend not going to a place that does not practice ethical business.
