Review content:
We had 9:00 reservations- we arrived on time and were told it would be only a 20 min wait. We decided to have a drink at the bar while we waited for our table- the bar was quite empty, there were four dirty glasses sitting on the bar for a good 20 mins, neither of the two bartenders acknowledged us for about 15 mins, and it was a complete mess behind the bar (receipts everywhere, dirty glasses, etc.). Finally at 9:45 we inquired if our table was ready yet (and after noticing that a couple who had JUST sat down at the bar next to us were seated to their table), we were told we were 'next on the list' --- no apology from the staff. I asked to see a manager once we were finally seated- the manager did not come by. In the dining room there were about 6-8 empty tables, there were dirty dishes on the table behind us- just a mess. After all of that I could not even stomach paying for an overpriced entree and we walked out. This place tries to establish themself as an upscale restaurant- this could not be further from the truth. I would rather spend my money at OUTBACK next store. The owner should be ashamed of how their restaurant is run. UNACCEPTABLE. DO NOT GO HERE.
