This vendor is extremely unprofessional! I work for a large property management company and often use servicemagic to locate vendors for certain jobs. I called Jim and scheduled for him to come out and give an estimate to repair 6 windows at one of our condos. 5 mins before the appointment I get a call saying he would not make the appointment but one of his guys will be there... late! I asked Jim for proof of insurance and he told me it would not be a problem but at the appointment they never brought it. After the appointment I was told I could expect the estimate in 2 days MAX. It now has been over a week and I have attempted to contact this company. When I called Jim he either ended my call or turned his phone off? A professional would not come out and waste his time, my time and the tenants time and then avoid getting the estimate or ending calls. I am not even sure if this company can provide proof of insurance? All and all I would save yourself the headache of working with a two man company that won't even return calls. If a company can't be on time, give an estimate, return calls and provide proof of insurance I'm not sure why anyone would let this person(s) into your home?
