I'm really disappointed in our experience at Mountasia today. We bought the play passes and we were there for over 4 hours. In that time we were able to play a few games, eat pizza, ride the go-karts twice (waited forever - lines weren't that long but they only had maybe half of the carts running!), and do 9 holes at putt putt. The batting cages were closed, as were the bumper boats (and the water made me sick just looking at it). The bathrooms were disgusting also! We figured it out and we overpaid by over $40 by getting the passes and not just paying for the attractions individually. I'd read reviews online, many of which were negative but we wanted to give it a chance anyway. I'm sorry we did. After seeing their advertisements and even offering coupons for Labor Day I would have thought the place would be more together than it was. I'm pretty sure we won't be back - not with what it cost us. Feels like we got ripped off in a really big way. Tip: Give customers their money back or something to say that you care about customer service at least a little. And take pride in the place. Clean it up.
