as a resident at one of Mikob's Nassau Bay properties for 2+ years now I am extremely qualified to write this review. No heat in the winter, no ac in the summer, no maintenance and no support whatsoever from ""management"". frequent ""management"" staff & maintenance staff turn over. if you come in contact with a Mikob property run as fast as you can away from it; unless misery is your thing. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND living at a Mikob property anywhere in the Houston area.
Pros: on the water
Cons: no ac, no heat, frequent water leaks, maintenance probelms of all varieties are plentiful
