I have filed a Better Business Complaint on these business they are a ripe off.! Be ware and take your car some where else ! On October 20th 2011 I had my 2000 Saab 93 convertible in for a seat belt repair. The driver side seat belt was stuck and they called me Thursday to tell me the seat belt must be replaced for 1,000.00. I told them that I had two other quotes new for $700.00 and a used seat belt for $400-$490.00 why were they so hey since a universal seat belt at auto warehouse web site was only $109.00. They agreed to get me used one and to install it for $250.00. They billed me $185.71 for a seat belt tensioner used. they installed a seat belt. I just purchased the car in September 2011 and the convertible top and truck opener was working. When I called Tuesday I was told the seat belt was still on the truck. When I called Wednesday they were having an issue with the soft top. On Thursday October 27, 2011 they were test driving my car. When I picked up the car I was told that they notice that the hydraulics oil was dripping and that control the soft top working. When I told them that the car was recently inspected and a drip was not noted and that I never saw a leak the customer service guy told me I would not have notice that since it drips in a pan. Well if it was dripping in a pan how did they notice that it was drip ping? When I drove off from Sam and Joe
