Review content:
We used this place twice. The first time was OK. Not great but we decided to give it another try. The second time we took our dog there it was an emergency situation and we had no other option. The people would not even let us give our dog a toy for her kennel. They said it was not allowed!! What kind of place won't let your dog have a toy???? It also smelled. Also they won't work with you on a schedule. If you can't be there to pick up your animal between certain hours then you have to pay for extra days of boarding! I ended up paying for almost an extra week just because I couldn't make it when they wanted me to. I will NEVER use this place again. I now use the Dog House in Rockwall. Awesome place!!!
