Review content:
The change in management has done no good to this place. Apparently they're fixing it up, BUT the resident services has not changed. The new manager is an absolute joke -- as were the previous managers, it's no different. It's so sad that people are treated the way they are because of this place. Everywhere on the internet has a series of complaints and horror stories - from people getting deathly sick from mold and the complex doing nothing to fix it, to rent being stolen (even from the new management).
Pros: Cheap rent?
