Review content:
I came in because I was having some joint pain and don't have a primary care doctor yet since I recently moved to Hixson. I paid $89 for the visit since I don't have insurance and about $60 for lab tests. It's been two months and I STILL haven't gotten the results.
The staff were too busy talking on the phone to their friends or talking to one another to answer any of my questions when I went in for the exam, and the doctor completely ignored me. I was ignored throughout the entire visit practically, and was left alone in the exam room for 40 minutes because no one gave me the instruction that I could leave. When I asked a nurse if I could leave or if I needed to stay, she said, ""You're doctor should know, I don't know why you're in there or where you're supposed to be."" Comforting, right?
I was highly dissatisfied with the service, yet the doctor did manage to prescribe to me what I needed. The only problem is that none of them had refills and I can't get in touch with the clinic to even request a refill or see if I need a follow-up to get more. I've been two weeks without my medication and I'm a college student who can't afford insurance to see a doctor. After leaving messages and calling every day (all at times that they are open), the only response I get on the other line is an automated line that keeps ringing and never is picked up.
