I would have to say ditto to everything that Crystal19444 said. Started with a nice young guy giving the estimate and ended picking up my son's truck with A TON of Rudeness from the so-called manager. I brought in a truck that had dirt caked in the bed. I knew that I was paying for the truck bed to just be spray painted over and un-sanded, but didn't realize and wasn't told that I needed to spray-wash the bed out before I brought it in. I would have cleaned it out before I brought it back if I had been told they couldn't do it. THEY PAINTED OVER CAKED DIRT. When I went to pay, the young man I originally dealt with was doing another estimate, so I had to deal with this psycho moron manager that actually asked me if everything was ok. Hard to describe everything he said and the attitude he took. I wasn't mad with him to start because I knew that I was going to roll poly-paint the truck bed anyway. I just told him that I couldn't believe they painted over caked dirt. He went ballistic and sent me back out to the young guy again and after it all had settled in, I ended up venting on the young man. I probably would have been ok if they had knocked just 25 off the paint job for this and wouldn't have written this review. And to think, I could have and should have paid MAACO to do the same job for 125 more. I have another vehicle to paint this year and it WILL NOT GO TO ECON PAINTING IN CHATTANOOGA. This is the 1st negative review I have ever wrote.
