Businiess name:  Fun Time RV

Review content:
I purchased a Cambridge 5th wheel in March of 2006, through negligence on Fun Time's part, the RV was flooded with 60 gallons of water while being returned to us after having warranty repairs the end of April. We had not even spent one night in the trailer at that time. We were assured by the GM, Doug Kascir, that everything would be repaired like new as soon as they could get replacement parts ordered. August 25th, after numerous phone calls and no results, I contacted Keystone to determine the status on the parts only to be told no parts had been ordered. Fun Time finally had us bring the RV in Aug 25, kept it until Sept 5th and fixed 5 of the 22 items that were in need of repair or replacement. A lot of this was damages from the flood, but the majority were warranty issues. After threatening legal action, they finally took the trailer back for repair on November 25, 2006. In January we were told 10 more days, when they found out who was calling, no one could talk to us, and they wouldn't return phone calls. We finally filed suit against Keystone and Funtime in February. We had mediation 2 days ago, they still refused to take the trailer back, but agreed to $33,000 in damages and stated the trailer was relpaired, and that anything that didn't meet our approval would be repaired by Oct 31st, or they would make payments until it was. We went to Cleburne to look at the trailer, nothing had been repaired, plus someone ran into the side of it, scraping the decals and bending the arm on the awning, it was filthy, the refrigerator had mold and mildew in it in addition to all the issues it originally had. Our attorney has notified Keystone that the trailer has not been repaired. At this point, they have assured us we'll get it back like new. It is now 17 months old and has spent 11 1/2 months in for repair. I would NEVER deal with Fun Time again for any reason and would strongly advise that no one else should either. Pros: The trailer was beautiful at first glance Cons: No customer service, dishonest, the GM uses bad language, won't return phone calls
