I agree with Truth4Real! Same situation happened to us too. Refused a refund even though ZERO work had been done almost a year later. Beware Rick aka Ricardo aka Richard Garcia is also a Realtor. I'm sorry but if he is worthless in his own business I can only imagine how horrible he would be working as a Realtor for another company. STAY AWAY!
