Review content:
Being used to the tastiness that is Del Taco, I was very excited to see one in Medford. After the first time eating there, though, I wasn't sure I'd go back. The food was mediocre, not having the same flavor as at other Del Tacos. I went back several months later, but my experience was much worse. After beginning to eat my fish tacos I looked down before taking a bite to see a pubic hair in my taco right where I was about to eat. There was absolutely NO mistaking what it was. When I took it to the counter to let them know and get my money back, the young adults in the back cooking were laughing and looking at us while we complained. The young man at the counter threw it in the trash and gave us our money back. The manager came out and wanted to know what was going on. We told him and instead of getting upset that a customer had something so nasty in their food, he was upset that the taco was thrown away and he had to deal with this. In no way did he make it seem as if there would be repurcussions for this. So, nasty stuff in the food, poor quality, and poor management barely get this Del Taco one star.
