Review content:
Roessler Nuss & Co did my taxes. They did them right but the IRS challenged their claim. I gave them power of attorney to deal with the IRS. All they had to do was a few more forms. They dropped the ball and didn't respond to the IRS when they requested documents. Since they were handling it I didn't even know about it till the IRS put a levy on my pay check. I HAD TO PAY THE IRS $6000 ALL AT ONCE. The money still could have been gotten back with the right moves. Now I owed Roessler Nuss $500 for their ""SERVICES"". I wanted to withhold payment till they fixed the situation. They threatened to send it to collections and ruin my credit. They said they would work with the IRS after they got their money. I sent the money and never heard from them again. I didn't have the money or time to pursue it further. The IRS won MY MONEY thanks to Roessler Nuss & Co,
Pros: I'm sorry what they did was unforgivable.
Cons: They lost my $6K and gave me the finger.
