I didn't know how lacking my previous management company was until I contracted with Gittleman Management Company. Not only did they save my association 20% in service fees, they are also saving the association in every facet of our operating expenses.
In addition to the expense savings, this management company is extremely in tune with the operational needs of the organization. They are proactive. They take ownership. They communicate with the board and follow up appropriately.
My job as a board member is easier and less stressful. The decision to bring on Gittleman is one of the best decisions we have made.
