First off I am a MALE, not a FEMALE writing this. My relatives have used this company for years. They charge high prices on parts and labor. The mother will never confront anyone about anything, she just goes along with whatever they say and pay it. The daughter now has an issue so they throw in a new battery and alternator and charge her $500 plus tax. She had left a note with the car saying if it was $500 or less just to fix it, if it was going to be more then to call and get the ok from her first. $110 for a $50 battery and $250 for a $125 alternator and then labor on top of that. We all know those prices are double what they should be. Then the car still isn't starting. So now they say it needs a new fuel pump. That will be another $550. The battery and alternator were definately not the issue. It would crank fine and even with a full size truck trying to jump the car it still wouldn't start. These guys will take advantage of young girls and any woman for that matter because they KNOW that women do not KNOW what things cost and that they will just go along with whatever they say. SCAM ARTISTS!
