This year I decided to get a pretty drastic haircut. My hair has never fallen above my chest. So when I decided that I wanted my hair cut short, I knew I had to go to someone who would do the job WELL.
This is where Dimitri and Charline comes in.
First of all, I got totally lost since I'm new to the city. I ran to the salon huffing and puffing and the first thing he said to me was, ""Never run here again!"" I apologized for being late, but he handled it like it was no big deal :)
So we were off to a great start. He then asked if I was sure about getting such a big change. I told him I wanted to donate my hair so he carefully tied it up, cut these piece off, and gave them to me to send to Locks of Love.
Dimitri did such a fantastic job. He gave me an AMAZING bob and he was so nice. I don't have to do anything to style it. Just wash and go.
All in all, I paid $75 for a $65 haircut. COMPLETELY worth it. Thanks so much for making my first ""extreme"" cut a wonderful experience for me :)
I walked away with:
1) a lot more self-confidence
2) a very stylish yet low-maintenance cut
3) styling tips (should I decide to style it)
4) hair product recommendations for my specific hair type
5) good conversation about life on the West coast, and
6) an invitation to feel free to call or come in if I'm not happy w/ the cut or color
