It hasn't been easy being a Mac user since - ahem- 1992- as repair folks for Mac still remain relatively few and far between. I contacted Steve after spilling coffee into my laptop's keyboard and Steve had it back to me the same day. I've been back several times for replacement keyboards (having missed the processor by millimeters each time), etc. and he's been great about pricing, etc. Also, the office/repair shop is like Mac Purgatory; you just have to see it!
