I called this place with a few simple questions and the person they had answering the phones was a complete JERK. I asked standard questions about my vehicle and I was rudely ""who is this!?"" They said, ""you should check your info before calling here"" ""Your confused"" I don't what prompt this and I don't know much about this company, but if this is any indication of how they run a business, avoid at any cost.. :-/ I will be notifying AAA about this, meantime, seek a different towing company
