i was there around 6 months, me and my colleuges were had apartments together for 6 months lease on condition that if our project is extended we will renew our lease for more 6 months all of my friends got their lease renewed but my lease is not renewed. New manager of pines said there is no note in my file and she got note in my friends file. any ways not worked i waited for 2 to 3 weeks for response when i called they said no we cannot renew for 6 months only for a year, i have been to their office in person and said that i am leaving and one of her staff took my signature on the ""move out official notice"" and after two weeks i got notice that we did not recieve you 60 days notice then i fax them a notice mentioned about my visit and finally they are threating me to that if i not pay for 60 days from the time of fax notice they will forward my account to collection agency,
