With their impressive client list (they have glowing testimonies from Medtronic, Agilent, Whole Foods Market, UCSF. . . ) I felt confident they were skillful, but I wondered if our small office would garner the same sort of personalized service as their big corporate clients. Would they value a customer with eight designers & computers or were we too small to get the top notch service their Fortune 500 Clients receive? I'm thrilled to be able to report the answer is a resounding ""YES!"" Tam and the others at Mac Advantage are generous in spirit & inspire calm & confidence in all of us here. Unlike other techs we've auditioned, Tam is not secretive or condescending - he is willing to educate us, even if it means we won't need his services as often. As a result, we're far more productive, have better security, and have our data fully & automatically backed up onsite & off now. We are a more profitable firm as a direct result of working with Mac Advantage.
