i started going at the begining of high school, after a few months got ripped, gotta 6-pack, str8 chick magnet. havent been there for a few years but plan 2 go back... im 21 now. the ppl there are cool and helpful. HOWEVER...i suggest u go here to train for health and fitness NOT COMBAT. this is not a combat oriented gym.
