Review content:
I love my pets as do most of us who own a animal, so when I left them at A Paw Spa I expected them to be treated well and taken care of properly. Both of them are well behaved and very sweet . On my return they smelled so badly that I had to bathe both of them as soon as we got them home. They were also covered with fleas to a point I could not believe. I was asked to come in the back because one of them wouldn't come out of the kennel, the man who was there said ""she doesn't like me for some reason."" Both of them love everyone so this really bothered me. I was told they didn't eat much, which was apparent by their weight loss. I was also told there was ALWAYS someone there with them which I found not to be true when we got there a little early to pick them up and no one answered the bell and we had to come back . Over all not happy. We will not be leaving them there again!
