It's obvious the owner of this place keeps writing bogus reviews (all caps, same spelling and grammatical errors) every time an actual customer tells the truth about their boarding experience at Paw Spa. I wish I'd read the reviews before leaving my two dogs there last spring. They overcharged me, lost the toys and blankets I brought in for them during their stay, and gave the general impression they couldn't care less whether I did business with them or not. The location was convenient but if that's how they treat the people, I'm too worried about substandard care of the animals there to think about boarding her again at this place.
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Customer service made me feel unwelcome, dogs were not happy campers
