So I went into the Lamplighter on desoto & nordhoff for breakfast a couple of weeks ago and saw they had a whole section for the healthy eatin'. I ordered a work out deck that comes with egg whites and chicken breast. It was delicous, eggs were cooked perfectly, not to soft and not to hard. The famous sub shop ""Giamela's"" took over Lamplighter a while ago and definitely added some flavor here. Matt Giamela said they were making there subs here now. If you haven't tried a Giamela's sub go to Lamplighter and order a pepper steak. This puts Lamplighter now on my top 5 favorite restaurants in valley.
